EADS Barfield begins new phase of component maintenance contract work for ATR 42 and ATR 72 regional airliners worldwide

EADS Barfield has started new maintenance contract work on the test, repair and overhaul of a large variety of avionics, instruments and mechanical components for ATR 42 and ATR 72 regional airliners in service worldwide.

This activity - covered by a three-year contract signed with the Toulouse, France-based ATR aircraft manufacturer - reinforces EADS Barfield's existing commitment to the ATR 42 and ATR 72 aircraft operating in North, South and Central America, allowing the company to support components for the ATR customer base on a global scale.

EADS Barfield is an industry leader in aviation support, service and instrument repair and maintenance.
