The Smart and Easy+ handportables radio terminals have been specially designed to meet the mobility requirements of security professionals communicating on TETRAPOL networks.

In their various versions and with an accompanying range of accessories, the Smart and Easy+ handportables are perfectly adapted for daily use both indoors and outdoors, in all types of vehicle, openly or discreetly.

They combine power with user-friendliness. They are compact, watertight, easy to use, have high autonomy and can withstand extreme environmental conditions: knocks, vibration and temperatures between –20 and + 55 °C.

To be effective, security forces must be able to communicate with each other in complete confidentiality, even in emergency situations. Within an encrypted network, the TETRAPOL radio handportables can handle high performance encrypted voice and data, from end-to-end, thus making it completely secure. The terminals can be used in private mode when circumstances require communications to be confidential. Furthermore, a network operator can disable a stolen terminal remotely in order to maintain call confidentiality. There is also a special key for emergency calls to ensure user safety.

The handportables are easy to use thanks to clear drop-down menus, and certain functions can be accessed directly by simply pressing a key, thus increasing the terminal’s efficiency. Finally, their digital sound quality are greatly appreciated by users.
