Dornier Aircraft Service Center (DASC) Logistics Department (GL)
The dedicated Logistics Department (GL) operated by DASC provides support for military aircraft and for commercial aircraft operated for military purposes.
The focus of GL is on the following logistic services:

Management of technical and flight documentation

Carrying out of fault data analyses

Optimisation of maintenance programmes

Ensuring material management
-
Professional project management/ILS management
-
Preparation of logistic concepts, studies and procedures.
Comprehensive concepts and studies form a basis for logistic support in the introduction, in-service and commercial phase. They are developed and implemented by GL in conformity with customer specifications.
Thanks to many years of experience in the area of Technical Logistic Support within the military field, extensive knowledge relating to the use of appropriate standards and specifications has been acquired. The following are examples:
