EADS confirms that in the context of the investigation initiated by the French stock exchange authority AMF a few weeks ago, AMF is currently enquiring at EADS headquarters offices in Paris. The investigation relates to the development of the market in EADS shares and to timing of certain communications to the stock market. EADS is continuing to fully co-operate with AMF on these matters.
