Eurocopter, the World’s No. 1 Helicopter Manufacturer, shows strong Presence at ILA

The world’s leading helicopter manufacturer, Eurocopter, is showing a strong presence at this year’s ILA with a wide array of civil and military helicopters in its Static and Flying displays. From the single-engined EC130, up to the world’s most advanced tactical transport helicopter, the NH90, as well as the spectacular Tiger combat helicopter, the company gives a representative showing of its product line.

Eurocopter is a pan-European company with development and production sites in France, Germany and Spain. With 16 subsidiaries on 5 continents and a large network of distributors and service stations, the company has a global presence. It serves more than 2,500 customers in 139 countries around the world, with some 9,500 helicopters in service.

In the Static Display, the following aircraft are on show:

1 EC130 B4. a single-engined light corporate helicopter

1 EC135, , a twin-engined light corporate helicopter

1 EC145, a twin-engined light EMS helicopter

1 EC155 B1, a medium-sized twin-engined helicopter

1 NH90, a medium-sized twin-engined military tactical transport helicopter

In the Flying Display, Eurocopter will present daily the two world’s most modern military helicopters, the Tiger combat helicopter and the NH90 tactical transport helicopter.

Eurocopter will also have a major presence on the booth of its parent company, EADS, with mock-ups of the EC130 B4, the EC145, the EC635, EC155 B1, and EC725.
