La mission d’EADS DCS consiste à étudier, concevoir et fournir aux armées des capacités C3ISR (Contrôle, Commandement, Communication, Intelligence, Surveillance et Reconnaissance) et de ciblage devenues aujourd’hui indispensables. Notre savoir-faire et nos compétences d’intégrateur permettent aux armées d’acquérir des systèmes complets et homogènes, véritables clés de voûte d’une force moderne et puissante dédiée aux opérations de combat et de maintien de la paix.
Système sécurisé de localisation des véhicules pour les Forces de l’OTAN au Kosovo. L’Agence de consultation, de commandement et de contrôle de l'OTAN a accordé à EADS DCS un contrat portant sur la fourniture d’un système sécurisé pour la localisation de troupes amies au Kosovo et dans les Balkans. Ce système est baptisé BFTS (Blue Forces Tracking System). EADS déploiera au Poste de Commandement (PC) de la KFOR à Pristina un serveur central. Les véhicules seront aussi équipés de terminaux informatiques durcis et pourront recevoir et visualiser la position de leurs voisins ainsi que des informations opérationnelles. Les communications entre les véhicules et le PC de la KFOR s’appuient sur le réseau de radio communication sécurisé de l’OTAN, à la norme TETRAPOL et opérationnel depuis 2000.

Its open client-server architecture offers the ability of further enhancements and customisations.
SILCENT/NOMADE is a state of the art Track &Trace (T&T) system, proven during military field operations. Developed in full co-operation with the customer, SILCENT takes advantage from major programs led for the Army, Air Forces and Joint Task Forces. It integrates major tracking technologies (Bar codes, RFID ...). SILCENT/Nomade is operational in the French Army since October 2001; and has been used in all the operations led by the French Army since October 2001.
The EADS Dynamic Interoperable Track & Trace system (EDITT) provides Total Asset Visibility (TAV). EDITT is a state of the art Track & Trace system, proven during military field operations. Developed in full co-operation with the customer, EDITT takes advantage from major programs led for the Army, Air forces and Joint Task Forces. The EADS logistic offer EDITT packages know-how and concepts implemented in SILCENT / Nomade for the French Army.
