Discusses Future of Overhaul and Maintenance Enterprise

On Tuesday the visit of Ralph Crosby, the Chairman and CEO of EADS North America, welcomed employees into the recently formed US holding company. Barfield has been incorporated into EADS North America, a US entity with total sales of greater than $500 million and more than 1800 employees in ten states and the District of Columbia.
At a meeting with employees at Barfield, Inc. headquartered in Miami, Ralph Crosby discussed how the recently formed corporate entity, EADS North America, would benefit Barfield, which currently employs over 250 people in the Miami area, achieve its long-term goals in Miami. Mr. Crosby commented, “For over 30 years, Barfield, Inc. has provided leading-edge maintenance and overhaul services to many of the premiere airlines and carriers of the United States and Barfield has distinguished itself as a leader in this important sector. By joining EADS North America, Barfield will enjoy the benefits of a larger base in the United States, which should provide financial efficiencies, better integration into the US market, and an increased opportunity for growth.
