Maintenance Test Benches
Upgrading the range

EADS TEST & SERVICES really made their name and set themselves apart as world leader in maintenance testing with the ATEC Series 6. This has since become the standard tester for commercial aviation electronic equipment. They occupy also a key position in the military field with SESAR 3000, their multi-purpose military tester dedicated to the support of French and foreign armies’ systems and equipment.

For a while, maintenance testing has been at the core of EADS TEST & SERVICES’ activity. Today, by extending and upgrading its offer in this field, the firm shows up that maintenance testing still represents a substantial share of its work.

Extended Test Solutions

TPS for new applications

EADS TEST & SERVICES is constantly developing new Test Programme Sets (TPS) for new applications, such as the Airbus A380, Boeing B787 and the latest European defence programmes (NH90 helicopter).

EADS TEST & SERVICES has the largest TPS library in the world for Airbus and Boeing aircraft (with other 4,000 references).

Test systems for international programmes

EADS TEST & SERVICES is now involved in upgrading their two main multi-purpose testers and have them converge to respond to new market needs:

  • The ATEC Series 6 incorporates the new technologies necessary to support the A380.
  • SESAR 3000 optimises its configuration and is moving towards an open architecture. This will make it interoperable with the new military testers to be developed for the test of other European weapon programmes.

Electro-optic test benches

EADS TEST & SERVICES large range of modular and high performance electro-optic testers confirms the company’s key position in the European electro-optic testing field.
