Aeronautical Academy of Europe inaugurated

The Aeronautical Academy of Europe (AAE) based in Evora (Portugal) has been officially inaugurated on September 4th by Mrs Elisa Ferreira, Portuguese ministry of Development, alongside many Portuguese and European officials.
European ab-initio training center for Airline Transport Pilot, according the JAR regulations, AAE has a 60 persons staff and a 16 aircraft fleet including 12 fixed-gear 200 hp TB 200 Tobago GT for basic training and 4 retractable gear 250 hp TB 20 Trinidad GT for advanced and instrument training.
AAE has been created in partnership by Schreiner Aviation Training from Netherlands, TAP Air Portugal, and Aerocondor, portuguese flight training center, with the European Union support.
