ATR 42-500 Air Calédonie
The ATR 42-500 entered into service in 1995 and boasts remarkably low noise and vibration levels, combined with high performance thanks to the powerful Pratt & Whitney PW127E/M engines and the six-bladed Hamilton Sundstrand Ratier propellers. It has a basic configuration of 48 seats with 18,600 Kg of maximum take-off weight and maximum payload of 5,500 Kg. Its cruise speed is 300 knots (550 Km/h) and has a maximum range of 800 nautical miles (1,480 Km).
