MISTRAL on MPCV

The Mistral is a Fire and Forget air defence missile designed for all services, capable of engaging rapidly crossing or maneuvering targets up to distances of 6.5 km. Atlas is an air defence system with two Mistral ready-to-fire missiles. It can be used as a ground battery or mounted on lightweight off-road capable vehicles. Atlas is 150 kg, dismountable and transportable in three loads. It has an extremely short reaction time, can be integrated to a fire control and coordination system (Mistral Coordination Post) and can be operated by a crew of two men or one man only if required.
