AS355NP

To complement its successful range of light twin-engine helicopters, Eurocopter has upgraded the twin-engine AS355N Ecureuil. The AS335NP is a high performance multi-mission aircraft based on the proven technologies of the successful AS350 Ecureuil/AStar series. It is best suited for missions like operation on oil rig platforms, harbour pilot transportation, above urban environment or inhospitable areas. Taking advantage of the experience accumulated on this product, the new variant, designated AS355NP is designed as a cost-effective entry product in the twin market. Renowned for its low operation and maintenance costs, this helicopter benefits from the reliability and safety of its two Turbomeca Arrius 1A1 engines, and is equipped with a full authority digital engine control (FADEC) system.
