Corporate Governance ensures that EADS is managed according to our regulating laws and Articles of Association.

Since the creation of the EADS Group in the year 2000, our governance has evolved in order to match our growth ambition, meet our obligations, achieve our missions and reach the goals we set ourselves.
EADS' Corporate Governance strives to be a transparent body, matching the expectation standards of our Group’s shareholders throughout the world.
