In Trauen, located in the middle of Germany´s Lüneburg Heath national park, development work for RESUS, the production of high-purity hydrazine (HYPU) and production work for TEXUS is carried out - with the main focus on an extensive range of tests. No less than four test stands are available to meet extremely varied test requirements. The complex also includes a number of laboratories for development, production and testing as well as a biological and chemical laboratory. Surrounded by military training areas and national forest, the site is ideally located from a security perspective.
