You will have the opportunity to join two different streams:
- Technically oriented, comprises fields like Engineering, Programmes, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Customer Services or Manufacturing (around 70% of positions).
- Support functions such as Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Strategy, Business Development or Marketing and Sales (around 30% of positions).
- Start your career at EADS!
Be part of a challenging project assignment at one of our Divisions for the first two years – then move to a new position in a different Division and/or country. Get to know the Group in deep…your first steps to expertise!
- Network & Development
Share and collaborate with other PROGRESS fellows from diverse cultural backgrounds. We will give you the keys to understand EADS business and the industry, as well as enlarging your contacts. Tailor-made workshops will extend your personal skills.
- Guidance
A personal mentor from senior management will support you during the 24 months to give you regular guidance, support and feedback.
After the programme, you will have a thorough knowledge of the EADS Group and will create a global network among colleagues and senior management. This experience will support you with an excellent basis for your future career within EADS.
