Our online eRecruiting tool allows talented candidates to register in the candidate pool and apply for career opportunities across the whole EADS Group. If you are interested in working within the EADS organisation, please register in our candidate pool and create your profile – you can follow the steps in the Candidate Profile section above.
Our eRecruiting tool is used for recruiting the following target groups: direct entries, experienced candidates, recent graduates, interns and apprentices.

You can apply for a position at EADS either by:

1. Registering in the candidate pool and filling in your information and employment preferences; or
2. Directly applying to open positions. However, you will be considered only for these vacancies and we therefore strongly recommend that you create your profile.
    

The candidate pool is a database for external applicants wishing to be considered for EADS vacancies. You can give your expectations and describe your previous experience and skills. Once registered in the pool, you will automatically be considered in any recruiter's 'search for candidates', informed about interesting vacancies matching your profile and/or contacted for EADS employment events.

The 'candidate profile' is the information entered by a candidate, including his/her qualifications, job experience and preferences. You can update, release and unlock your profile at any time from the candidate homepage. 'Released' candidate profile means that the profile appears in the candidate pool and can be viewed by EADS recruiters; 'locked' profile means that your information cannot by accessed by EADS recruiters.

Immediately after you have registered in the tool, you will automatically receive your user name and password by e-mail. This will enable you to close the application form at any time or to complete the form at a later date.
Any information you have entered will be stored in the system.
You can always modify and change the details of your registration using your user name and password.

As soon as you have registered on our site, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from erecruiting@EADS.

We will contact you whenever there is a specific opening that fits your qualifications. Any communication during your application process will be carried out by e-mail or by phone.

If you have forgotten your password, you will find a link on the eRecruiting start page to request a new one.
