What is eRecruiting@EADS?
Our online eRecruiting tool allows talented individuals to apply for career opportunities across EADS and its Divisions as well as register in the candidate pool. If you are interested in working within the EADS organization, please apply online, register in our candidate pool and create / ‘release’ your profile – you can follow the steps shown in the Application Online section above and the Application Wizard will guide you through each step.
Our online tool is used for recruiting the following target groups: direct entries, experienced candidates, recent graduates, interns and apprentices.
How do I apply?
You can apply for a position at EADS either by:
Directly applying to open positions. We recommend that you create and ‘release’ your profile so that we can consider you for other suitable positions as well.
Applying to our experienced, recent graduates, interns or typical EADS profiles. Your application will be registered in the candidate pool and you will be contacted as soon as a suitable position opens up.
What is the candidate profile and how can I release, update or lock it?
The 'candidate profile' is a section of the Candidate Cockpit where the candidate enters his personal data, his/her qualifications, work experience and preferences. You can update, release and unlock your profile at any time from the Candidate Cockpit. 'Released' profile status means that the profile appears in the candidate pool and can be viewed by EADS recruiters; 'locked' profile status means that your information cannot by accessed by EADS recruiters.
What is the Candidate Cockpit?
The Candidate Cockpit offers you access to your candidate profile information and to the application functionalities - History of your Applications and their present status, the Job Agent functionality (have job opportunities sent to your email address as they go live) and favorite positions selection. In the Candidate Cockpit you can also search for jobs, change your user name and password or delete your profile if you no longer want to be registered in our database.
What is the EADS Candidate Pool and what benefits does it offer?
The candidate pool is our candidate database for applicants wishing to be considered for EADS vacancies. You can tell us your expectations and describe your previous experience and skills, as well as upload a copy of your CV. Once registered in the pool, remember to ‘release’ your profile so that you may automatically be considered in any recruiter's 'search for candidates' and contacted for EADS employment events. Should you wish to be informed about interesting vacancies matching your profile make sure you set up a ‘Job Agent’.
Can I save a partially completed registration or application and finish later?
Immediately after you have registered in the tool, you will automatically receive your user name and password by e-mail. This will enable you to close the application form at any time or to complete the form at a later date.
Any information you have entered will be stored in the system.
You can always modify and change the details of your registration using your user name and password.
How do I know that you have received my data once I have registered in the EADS Candidate Pool?
As soon as you have registered on our site, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eRecruiting@EADS.
How will EADS communicate with me?
We will contact you whenever there is a specific opening that fits your qualifications. Any communication during your application process will be carried out by e-mail or by phone.
If you have created a Job Agent, you will receive regularly by email a list with all the new open positions that match the specific criteria you selected.
Use the “Favorites” functionality to find all your selected favorite positions.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you will find a link on the eRecruiting start page to request a new one.
