EADS - Annual General Meeting: Declaration of a dividend

Dear Shareholder,

In accordance with Article 28.4 of the Articles of Association of the Company, we are pleased to inform you that the EADS Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 31 May 2012 has approved a cash distribution of a gross amount of € 0.45 per share.

As from Monday 4 June 2012 EADS' shares shall be traded ex-dividend on the Frankfurt, Paris and Spanish Stock Exchanges.

The payment shall be made on Thursday 7 June 2012 to holders of EADS' shares as of Wednesday 6 June 2012.
