BEST is an organization managed by students which strives to make technology students more internationally-minded by encouraging mobility and intercultural communication. 72 technical universities in 26 European countries take part. EADS, an official partner of the BEST network, is very much involved in the organization of “season courses” designed to encourage BEST students to visit foreign universities and to give an international profile to their technical education.

Bonding is a specific concept which plays an important role in German education, and which aims at getting students and companies to work hand in hand. EADS, as a member of the Bonding Society of partner companies is in continuous contact with the student world. EADS is a very active participant in Bonding career fairs. Furthermore we organize facility tours, meetings in order to establish a long-term contact with the students.

EUROAVIA is the European Association of Aerospace Students, founded in 1959 and present in 30 cities in 19 European countries, with a total of about 1000 members.
In November 2003, EADS was the official partner of the “Euroavia Formation Workshop” which encouraged 35 participants from various European Aerospace universities to discuss topics such as Aerospace industry cooperation in Europe.
A group of students also had the opportunity to visit the EADS Military Aircraft facilities in Augsburg, Germany and to discover components of what will be the A380.

Market Team is one of the major German student initiatives, giving students an insight into the world of Business. Several project teams working in close cooperation with companies organize seminars, workshops and presentations. MARKET TEAM develops interaction between students and companies. EADS is one of these official partners. Actions undertaken with EADS range from presentations on the A380 to facility tours or representatives meetings.
