The Board of directors of EADS has appointed Pierre de Bausset (46) as Corporate Secretary of EADS as of 1 April 2008. In his new function, Pierre de Bausset reports to the CEO of EADS, Louis Gallois. Nathalie Errard (36) took over his former duty as Head of Investor Relations and Financial Communications of EADS, reporting to the CFO of EADS, Hans Peter Ring.

Prior to the position as Corporate Secretary, Pierre de Bausset was Head of Investor Relations of EADS. He began his career in 1985 with Banque Indosuez in Beijing, China. In 1989, Pierre de Bausset joined Aerospatiale in the Sales Finance team of regional aircraft manufacturer ATR. He held subsequent responsibilities in Finance, based in Washington DC, New York, Munich and Paris, including as head of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Structured Finance team of Aerospatiale. Pierre de Bausset holds an MBA degree from INSEAD and a Master in Chinese.

Before taking the helm of EADS' Investor Relations department, Nathalie Errard, has been in charge of dealing with investors and analysts in the UK, France and Southern Europe since the end of 2005. She started her professional career as an external auditor with PriceWaterhouse in 1995 and joined the Mergers & Acquisitions team of Aerospatiale in 1998 to participate in the merger with Matra and the creation of EADS. From 2000 on, Nathalie Errard has been working for five years in M&A and business development at Thomson in France and the US and managed Thomson's Corporate Audit team for Europe and Asia. She holds a degree of Institut National des Télécommunications.
