EADS can provide a complete range of dispatcher solutions.

These are suitable for fleet management and public safety organisations of all sizes, from large command and control centres to temporary or mobile dispatching.

EADS dispatcher stations
  • EADS Dispatcher Workstation DWSx – for dispatching centres with several dispatchers working together to manage the fleet. DWSx can also support end-to-end encrypted (E2EE) communication for dispatchers.
  • EADS Dispatcher Workstation DWSi - for compact dispatcher centres. EADS DWSi is for single station and compact dispatcher centres, yet still provides the highest levels of service, features and performance.
  • EADS Dispatcher Workstation DWSr - allows management actions to be performed on the move.

Ease of use. The complete EADS DWS family uses the same user interface, saving money on training.

Situational awareness. Dispatchers can use both audible communication and the workstation screen to get an overview of the situation. This cuts the need for field units to report on their situation separately.

Efficiency. Each dispatcher station provides powerful features such as advanced dispatching tools, rapid call set-up and network-wide dispatching that only EADS TETRA can offer.

Integrated solutions

In addition to the advanced EADS dispatcher workstations, users can implement their own Command & Control System. This would be integrated to the EADS TETRA system through an open Application Programming Interface (API) available in the TETRA Connectivity Server (TCS).
